Tim Mazzarol is Winthrop Professor in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Marketing and Strategy at the University of Western Australia and an Affiliate Professor with the Burgundy School of Business, Groupe ESC Dijon in Bourgogne, France. He has over 20 years' experience working with small entrepreneurial firms as well as large corporations and government agencies. This has included strategic management, marketing, and support to commercialisation. He is the author of several books on entrepreneurship, small business management and innovation. His research has been widely published internationally. He holds a PhD in Management and an MBA with Distinction from Curtin University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Murdoch University in Western Australia.

Simon Moss is Research Fellow at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, and was a senior lecturer at Monash University for 15 years. His primary expertise revolves around how policies and practices at organizations affect the resilience, capabilities, progress and wellbeing of individuals. He has written several books and over 50 scientific papers on leadership, personality, motivation, integrity and stress. Simon co-founded Zenith Professional Development, a company that has collated every scientific discovery that contradicts prevailing management beliefs and practices.

Sophie ReboudProfessor

Sophie Reboud is the Head of Research and a Professor of Strategy and Management of Innovation at the Burgundy School of Business (BSB), Group ESC Dijon-Bourgogne in France. In 2011, Sophie was appointed an Honorary Research Fellow of the University of Western Australia in recognition of her outstanding contribution to research collaboration with UWA. her research, in the area of strategic management of innovation and technology, is widely published.

Rita FerraroProfessor

Dr Rita Ferraro graduated from Universidale Federal Fluminese (UFF) in Brazil a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Portuguese and Spanish Language, Literature and linguistics. Following this, she completed a PhD in Portuguese and Spanish Contrastive Linguistics at Universidale de Cadez (UCA) in Spain. Rita has now developed and delivered language tuition programs for various universities, corporate clients, government agencies, and in her own private language school over the past ten years. Based in Sydney, Australia, Rita is interested in optimizing the standards of Portuguese language teaching material and academic programs.

 

Peter HollandAssociate Professor

Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations in the Department of Management at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Peter has worked in the Australian Finance industry and consulted to the private and public sector in a variety of areas related to human resource management and employee relations. His current research interests include talent management, employee voice and monitoring and surveillance in the workplace. He has co-authored 8 books and over 60 journal articles, monographs and book chapters on a wide range of human resource management and employee relations.
